Our 12 point facelift uses three treatments – PDO threads, anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers – to create a whole-face result. Dermal fillers help to sculpt and volumise; PDO threads can boost skin rejuvenation and lift and tighten the face; and all three treatments address lines and wrinkles. Recommended for those in their late thirties and beyond, expect natural, yet transformative results.
Please avoid St John’s Wort, alcohol, caffeine and ibuprofen at least 24 hours before and after your appointment.

We understand that our patients can feel anxious about facial aesthetics, particularly as we have some delicate areas to consider – like the skin around the lips and eyes. That’s why we offer topical numbing agents and local anaesthetic if needed. We also use fine needles for our injectable treatments to prevent discomfort, while our techniques and experience mean your treatment is in safe hands.

You can expect a combination of results that draw on the individual benefits of the three treatments involved. These include:

Of course, however we’ve developed this facelift to try and bring you a package of anti-ageing benefits under one umbrella. So, for example, if you opted to just have anti-wrinkle treatment, you wouldn’t see a volumising effect. If you just had PDO threads, you may not be able to target those finer lines and wrinkles that Botox reduces. And dermal fillers won’t help relax your facial muscles, as Botox does.

Much of the effects will last for 12-24 months, but metabolism, sun exposure, skin age and other factors all play a role. Additionally, since the 12 point facelift involves anti-wrinkle injections and these have a shorter duration, you might need top-ups for this part of the treatment. Most of our patients report little in the way of downtime, but we will cover all aftercare with you as some activities might not be recommended in the early days following treatment.
