Terms and Conditions for Booking

Please read the following information carefully before booking your appointment.

 

Booking Fees

To secure an appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee is transferable if you give at least 48 hours' notice in writing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can do this by emailing gtaestheticsstamford@gmail.com.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you will forfeit your booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to book any future appointments.

  • If you give more than 48 hours' notice, your booking fee will remain on file to be used towards a future treatment within six months of the payment date.

  • For appointments booked with less than 48 hours' notice, the booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Booking fees can be used towards any treatment purchased at G&T Aesthetics with any practitioner and are valid for six months from the date of payment. After this period, a new booking fee will be required.

  • Consultation booking fees are redeemable against treatment only. A new booking fee will be required for any future consultations.

  • The booking fee amount is at the discretion of the clinic and may vary based on factors including the practitioner, treatment type, and appointment length.

 

 

Parking

Free parking is available on our private driveway and on the public road along Tinwell Road. Driveway parking is for the duration of your treatment only.

 

G&T Aesthetics will not accept liability for any accidents, damage, or loss incurred while your vehicle is parked. Any items or valuables left in your vehicle are at your own risk. We are not liable for any theft, damage, or loss.

 

 

Appointments

You will be informed of any necessary preparation for your treatment. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your appointment being cancelled or additional fees being charged.

  • Laser hair removal requires the area to be shaved 24 hours prior to treatment and to be free of hair.

  • While we make every effort to ensure appointments run on time, if we need to cancel at short notice, we will aim to contact you in advance and rebook your appointment as soon as possible.

  • Children and young people under 18 are not permitted in the clinic. Failure to comply will result in your appointment being cancelled and your booking fee being forfeited.

  • Every appointment includes a comprehensive assessment of your skincare regimen to ensure your at-home routine complements your in-clinic treatments.

  • If you decide not to proceed with a treatment, your consultation fee will be held on file to be redeemed against a future treatment. The consultation fee is non-refundable.

  • Please avoid alcohol the night before and for 48 hours after treatment. Please do not consume caffeine or blood-thinning medication on the day of your appointment, and ensure you have eaten beforehand.

  • Please do not wear make-up or tinted moisturisers if you are having threads, cogs, or injectable treatments. In this instance, we may refuse treatment and reschedule your appointment, and the consultation fee (£35) will still be applicable.

  • Please inform us immediately if you have any allergies, pre-existing skin or medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking regular medication.

  • Please wait until your appointment time before ringing the doorbell.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited. A new booking fee will be required for any future appointments.

  • For cancellations or reschedules with more than 48 hours' notice, your booking fee will remain on file for use against a future appointment within six months of the original payment.

  • Cancellation or rescheduling of a prepaid package with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a surcharge based on the length of time, type of treatment, and practitioner booked. This surcharge must be paid before rescheduling or rebooking your next appointment.

 

 

Pricing and Payments

G&T Aesthetics reserves the right to vary consultation and treatment prices. Prices may differ depending on whether the service is performed by a Director, Associate, or Therapist. Please refer to the pricing on our website and in the clinic.

  • If you have been given a quote, this price will be honoured for three months. This does not apply to limited-time offers or promotions.

  • We accept payments via Payl8r Finance, card, or cash. Please contact gtaestheticsstamford@gmail.com to discuss membership packages.

 

 

Courses of Treatment

  • Full payment is required for all treatment packages before the first treatment.

  • All treatments from a course must be taken within 18 months of the purchase date. Any unused treatments will be forfeited, and a new package will be required.

  • All packages are non-refundable. In certain instances, the value of the package may be held on file to transfer to another treatment option at the clinic's discretion.

 

 

Suitability

  • Our practitioners will assess your suitability for treatment before any procedure is performed.

  • It is your responsibility to provide G&T Aesthetics with a complete medical history, drug, and allergy history before each treatment.

  • We do not treat patients under 21 for injectables or under 18 for skin treatments. Exceptions may be made with prior written approval and the written consent and presence of a parent or guardian.

 

Liability

  • You are required to read, understand, and sign the relevant consent form before treatment.

  • You agree to adhere to all recommendations and guidelines provided by G&T Aesthetics regarding the treatment.

 

 

Your Right to Complain

Any concerns or complaints regarding our clinical services are taken very seriously and are dealt with promptly. We see them as an opportunity to learn and improve our services.

  • You are entitled to raise a complaint in person, by telephone, or in writing. The staff member who initially receives your complaint will relay it to the Clinic Manager.

  • If the complaint cannot be resolved immediately, you will receive an acknowledgment letter within two days to confirm that an investigation is underway. A full response will be sent as soon as possible.

  • We aim to find a resolution that meets your satisfaction within 28 days.

 

 

By proceeding with a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You confirm that you are over the age of 21 and absolve G&T Aesthetics from any future legal dispute.
