To make the most of your consultation, bring any questions you may have. Some clients choose to have a treatment on the same day, so it's important to prepare in advance. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, ibuprofen, and blood thinners, as these can increase the risk of excessive bruising and swelling for injectable treatments. For IV vitamin therapy and dermal filler treatments, ensure you arrive well-hydrated. If you are having a facial treatment, please come with a clean face and no makeup on your skin.

For injectable treatments, it’s best to avoid non-prescribed ibuprofen, S.t John’s Wort, alcohol, and caffeine for at least 24 hours before your appointment to minimise the risk of bruising and swelling.
For IV therapy, staying well-hydrated is essential. It is strongly recommended to drink at least 2 litres of water or non-caffeinated fluids on the day of your treatment at least 1-2 hours before your appointment.
