No payment is taken at this stage, we just ask that you state your preferred package and method of contact. We will use this info to contact you to discuss your options, ensuring you feel confident and informed in your choices.

Respond to the payment request email from GoCardless, carefully read and sign the document to finalise your order.
All subscriptions are approved subject to health status and medical review. Once approved, you’ll receive a secure link via GoCardless to set up your direct debit. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete sign up. You’ll receive a signed copy of your agreement via email.
